2. What we process

• For orders: name, phone, e-mail, delivery address, date and time of the event, number of guests, note, ordered items and preferred language.
• For inquiries: name and e-mail, optionally phone, event date, number of guests and message.
• Anything you tell us in further communication (e-mail, phone, social media).

3. Why and on what basis

• Handling inquiries and orders — steps prior to and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Protecting our legal claims and anonymous visit statistics — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send you marketing messages or newsletters without your consent.

4. How long we keep data

• Inquiries that did not lead to an order: up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Orders: for the duration of the contract and then for the limitation period for possible claims (usually 3 years).
• Accounting records: for the period required by law (usually 5–10 years).

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. Only suppliers that help us run the website and the service have access to it: our hosting provider, e-mail provider and accountant. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

If a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, this happens only with safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and statistics

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We measure visits anonymously, without cookies, IP addresses or identifiers: we store only the event type, page, traffic source and device type.

Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so it survives a page reload. It reaches our server only when you send the order.

Instagram photos in the gallery may be loaded via the Behold service; your browser then connects to its servers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to us; we will reply within one month at the latest.
