Terms and Conditions
These terms govern catering orders placed with Enchant rosarium s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21206490, registered at Světova 523/1, 180 00 Praha 8 (Commercial Register: Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 398247) ("we"). They apply to orders made on this website as well as to orders agreed by e-mail, phone or social media. The Czech version is legally binding; this translation is provided for convenience.
1. Contact
- E-mail: info@gusto-praha.cz
- Phone: +420 723 444 833
2. Inquiry, order and contract
A non-binding inquiry only helps us prepare an offer and creates no obligation for either side.
An order sent through the website is a proposal to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by e-mail or phone — usually within 24 hours.
Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the event. We may decline an order, for example if the date is fully booked or the address is outside our delivery area.
3. Prices
Prices on the website are final. We are not VAT registered.
We will tell you the price of delivery and any additional services (staff, tableware, equipment) in advance. The total price stated in the order confirmation is binding.
4. Payment
You pay only after the order is confirmed: together with the confirmation we send you payment details and a due date.
If an order is not paid by the due date, we may withdraw from the contract.
5. Delivery
We deliver to an address in Prague on the date and at the time stated in the order confirmation.
Please make sure the venue is accessible at the agreed time and someone is there to receive the order. Delays caused on the customer’s side (e.g. an inaccessible venue) are not our responsibility.
6. Changes and cancellation
Please let us know about changes in quantities or items no later than 3 days before the event. Later changes are handled where possible.
You can cancel an order free of charge no later than 3 days before the event. For later cancellations we may charge costs already incurred (mainly purchased ingredients and prepared food), up to the price of the order.
7. Right of withdrawal
Our food is prepared for a specific date and is perishable. Under Section 1837 (e) and (j) of the Czech Civil Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to ordinary distance purchases therefore does not apply. Cancellations follow the previous section.
8. Quality, allergens and complaints
Food is intended for consumption on the day of delivery. Keep it chilled and do not leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
We are happy to provide allergen information before you order. If guests have allergies or special dietary needs, please mention it in the order note.
Please report obvious defects (missing or damaged items) on delivery, at the latest on the day of the event, by e-mail or phone — ideally with a photo. We handle complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. Your rights regarding defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which handles out-of-court disputes: www.coi.cz
10. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the version in effect on the day it was sent.
